Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about SmartQRFlow. Still stuck? Contact us.

What is a dynamic QR code?

A dynamic QR code resolves through a short, stable link that never changes. Because the destination is stored separately and looked up when someone scans, you can change it at any time without reprinting the code.

Can I change the destination of a QR code after printing?

Yes. Edit the destination URL from your dashboard and every new scan goes to the new page. The printed code stays exactly the same.

Do I pay during the 14-day free trial?

No. The trial lasts 14 days and includes every feature. A card is required to start, but you are not charged until the trial ends.

How much does SmartQRFlow cost?

After the free trial, SmartQRFlow is £9.99 per month. One subscription covers every QR code on your account.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel whenever you like. Your codes keep working until the end of your current billing period, then move to a renewal page.

What happens to my QR codes if I cancel?

They continue to resolve and track scans until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. After that, scans show a renewal page so you can resubscribe and reactivate them.

Can I create QR codes in bulk?

Yes. Upload a CSV with up to 100 rows and SmartQRFlow creates the valid codes in one batch, reporting any rows that need fixing.

What file formats can I download?

You can download every code as a print-ready PNG or a scalable SVG, suitable for anything from business cards to large signage.

Can I schedule or expire a QR code?

Yes. Set a code to switch to a new destination at a specific date and time, or give it an expiry date so scans show a tidy expired page once a campaign ends.

Is my data secure?

The destination URL is never encoded in the printed code. Each scan is resolved on our servers, which lets us block unsafe destinations and keep you in control of where your codes point.
