What we collect
To run your account we store your name and email address, the QR codes you create (including their names, destination URLs, campaign tags and styling choices) and scan analytics such as scan counts and timestamps.
How scans work
When someone scans one of your codes, our servers look up the destination and redirect them. We record the time of the scan against that code so you can see your analytics. We do not build profiles of the people who scan your codes.
Product analytics
We collect first-party, aggregate analytics about how SmartQRFlow is used — for example which pages are viewed and which buttons are clicked — so we can improve the product. These events never include the contents of your QR codes, Wi-Fi credentials, destination URLs, names or email addresses, and we do not use third-party tracking pixels for product analytics.
Payments
Subscription payments are processed securely by Base44 Payments. We do not store your full card details on our servers. We keep a record of your subscription status so we can keep your codes active.
Your data and your codes
You can edit or delete your QR codes at any time from your dashboard. Your codes and their analytics belong to your account and are only visible to you.
