QR code for a business card
Turn a business card into a one-tap contact. The code builds a standard vCard so the scanner's phone offers to save your details straight to their contacts.
Add at least a name or company.
Generated entirely in your browser. SmartQRFlow does not store, track or see the contents of free QR codes — including Wi-Fi passwords and contact details.
How to make your qr code for a business card
- Add your name. Enter your first and last name — these create the contact name.
- Add company and phone. Add your company, mobile number and email so people can call or email you from the saved contact.
- Add website and address (optional). Include your website so the contact links through to your business.
- Download and print. Save a PNG or SVG and place it on your card. Keep the code at least 2 cm wide.

Will the code save straight to contacts?
On most phones, scanning a vCard QR code prompts the user to add you as a contact with all the details filled in.
Can I include a photo or logo?
The free generator makes a clean vCard without an embedded photo. For branded cards, dynamic SmartQRFlow codes support logos.
Is a vCard better than a website link?
A vCard saves you as a contact; a website link sends people to your site. Many cards use both, or point a dynamic code at a contact page you can update later.
